Synsdata is a program tailored specifically to the vehicle inspection industry. We have developed a system that provides the ideal environment for carrying out the inspection of cars.

As well as the inspection itself, many other tasks are carried out, such as invoicing, booking inspections, printing statements, maintaining customers and reporting. With Synsdata, we have integrated them all into one system.

You don’t have to install the program on your computer. Instead, you log onto Synsdata using your Bank-ID. To access Synsdata, all you need is a PC, tablet or similar device with a fixed internet or 3G connection.

Over a period of 10 years, we have continually improved and expanded the Danish version of Synsdata. Today, Synsdata is the most widely used inspection program in Denmark.

Create your inspection reports in one simple page. The top section shows the vehicle data and the last inspection report. In the following section, the inspection technician enters details about the inspection: Inspection type, mileage, faults, service remarks, etc. The conclusion of the inspection is entered at the bottom of the page. Navigate around the page using either the tab and arrow keys or mouse.

It is possible to preview an inspection before submission to "TransportStyrelsen". If everything is as it should be, click the 'Send' button. The inspection will be saved and sent to Public Authorities, and a copy will be sent to the printer.

Synsdata can handle an unlimited number of additional reports. This may include permits for:

• International animal transport
• Tempo 100
• ADR
• Special permits for special vehicles

The user-friendly online booking function makes it easy for your customers to find a time that suits them.The customer just enters their contact details and the vehicle VIN or reg number against the time they want the inspection to be carried out. Booking done.

The customer will receive an email confirmation. The booking will then appear on the work schedule within Synsdata automatically. Various preferences can be set for the online booking function, such as defining which information customers must enter when making an online booking.

From this page it is possible to invoice for inspections and other products. Private customers or account holders can be invoiced. The system knows the price of each product and only a few clicks are required.

This section is the gateway to all the functions relating to invoicing and accounting in general. It is also the main entry point to the data export and statistics pages.

Synsdata creates a range of statistics based on the data stored in the system. It is divided into 3 main groups:

• Personal
• Company
• Faults

Personal statistics are based only on data relating to employees. This can also be viewed by supervisors and others with sufficient permissions.

The company section displays financial information, such as turnover history..

The faults section shows statistics based on faults discovered during inspections. We have created this section to allow your employees to obtain an overview of fault types, how frequently they occur, who is finding them, etc.
